Our level I Coaches have years of experience developing new driver skills and the patience to make any level driver comfortable, confident and competent at the end of a weekend.  Great for a once in a life time experience

Our level II Coaches After experiencing a Level I program our coaches will work with you to devise a personalized training program that addresses your particular needs and maximizes your racing abilities.

During Level III and Level IV training you will be exposed to some of the most sophisticated data acquisition driver training available. You will be coached with the same techniques used in professional level series by the same coaches that train the greats.

Level I - II: ClubCoach™ Experienced Sanctioned In-car ClubCoaches™

Coaching at this beginner level includes the basics necessary to begin to understand how to maximize car and driver performance. Your coaches will cover topics like proper seating, steering wheel and hand position, shifting, heel and toe, trail and threshold braking, turn-in apex and turn-out positions allowing you to take the curves properly . Our Level I instructors will work with you to develop your skills and prepare you for the Solo Series™. Good technique is so important that Level I instruction is required of all drivers new to our programs prior to participating in the Solo Series or moving up to Level II instruction. Even the most seasoned street drivers will benefit from this program, though it may only a be "check-out ride". Unlike other driving schools, our coaches are "in-car" each lap you run, so that you receive immediate input that provides immediate results!

Level III: ProCoach™ Experienced Sanctioned In- car Professional Coaches™

With the basis skills mastered it is now time to refine and redefine your racing skills. TMG's ProCoaches™ are professional racing coaches, provided on an individual basis allowing the TMG Team Manager to match a coach's skills with your greatest needs. Do you have a dream to meet a certain famous driver? How about spending the weekend, one on one, learning their driving secrets? Our ProCoaches™ will help you fine tune your driving lines, improve your heel and toe techniques, develop proper passing techniques, master skills like trail braking and left foot braking, and make threshold braking a habit! Level II is a prerequisite to level III and prepares you to achieve maximum benefit from Level III driver training programs. Unlike other driving schools, our Coaches remain "in car" each lap you run, so that you get immediate that provides immediate results.

Level III: ProCoach™ with Data Acquisition and track mapping.

TMG uses the same techniques used by all successful ALMS, Grand Am Rolex and Grand Am Cup professional teams. The computer never lies and does not care about your feelings or your ego, so be prepared. No more guessing if you could take that corner smoother, enter just a little faster or increase that exit speed. The computer will tell you your brake points, entry and exit speeds, as well as cornering G's and RPM's. We will lay down the theoretically perfect lap and work toward matching that profile. In addition, your instructor will run their perfect lap and we'll make comparisons with the three profiles to give you truly accurate advice for optimal performance.

Level IV Racing: ProCoaches™ provide Real time Radio Communications

Our ProCoach™ continue with Data Acquisition and track mapping, the same techniques used by the all successful ALMS and Grand Am professional teams. In-car coaching is replaced by extensive and thorough radio communications. Throughout your race you will have the advantage of having your ProCoach™working directly with you and your crew chief. Your ProCoach™ will spot for you clearing you through tight high speed turns and giving real time advice on passing, pacing and pit stop strategies. As well, after the race victory celebrations calm, intense post race debriefings with lap time and video reviews assure that you get the most out of the experience.

Level V: ProCoach™

Our ProCoaches™provide private one on one, in car and radio coaching with a private track rental allowing the most advanced training program the industry has to offer.
